For now, it seems that the new semester can start as planned in September. However, should the sanitary situation get worse, the institutes of higher education will exercise flexibility regarding the exact date of the start of the semester. 

Some institutes are planning to start the semester in stages and/or to provide distance teaching at the beginning of the semester or during the whole autumn semester if the situation proves difficult considering international mobility. More information will be provided, also directly by your institute.
